Scripps Crown Point, HOA – Scripps Ranch, CA

With the goal of modernizing the plantings of the 170 common acres owned by this home owner’s association, overgrown and over sheared commonplace shrubs and large areas of unused, water thirsty lawns were replaced with colorful, drought tolerant shrubs, perennials and ornamental grasses. The new plants are irrigated with a drip irrigation system and mulched every year with wood chips. Grasses sway in the breeze along curving entryways and kangaroo paws offer dramatic spikes of color.
